Booking & Cancellation Policy – Popularity Pulse Media Ltd Last Updated: 20/03/2025 At Popularity Pulse Media Ltd, we aim to provide a seamless and professional advertising service for all our clients. Please review our Booking & Cancellation Policy before confirming your reservation. 📌 1. Booking Confirmation & Payment All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to secure your slot. Payment can be made via Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details. 📌 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy 🔹 Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled advertising date: ✅ Eligible for rescheduling (subject to availability) or a full refund. 🔹 Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled advertising date: ❌ Not eligible for a refund due to scheduling commitments. ❌ Rescheduling may be possible but is not guaranteed. 🔹 No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the booking): ❌ No refund and no rescheduling. 📌 3. Advert Creation Policy & Fees If you need us to create an advert for you, a £75 design fee applies. This fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable, even if the booking is canceled. Customers must submit any required images, logos, or brand details at least 24 hours before their scheduled advertising time. 📌 4. Changes & Rescheduling If you need to change your advertising date, location, or content, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. 📌 5. Service Disruptions In the event of technical issues, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule your booking at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for the missed session. 📌 6.
